What I had read and heard today on the news absolutely amazed me to say the least. Starting on Friday the Empire State Building is going to be lit up in green marking the end of the Muslim holiday of Ramadan......

This in the very same city in which the World Trade Center was attacked. I understand very well the need for diversity and that America is a melting pot and yes it is part of what makes this country the greatest place on Earth. The hard fact is though is that the murderers that killed 3,000 of our own have no room or tolerance for diversity and acceptance, they were taught and trained to live for one purpose and that was to die....die in martyrdom and kill "The Great Satan" America is their sworn enemy and they will stop at nothing but to see us all dead. Every man woman and child that does not belief as they do.
   The Muslim radicals take poor young boys that have a bleak future and indoctrinate them into Jihad through Madrases, the Madrases are schools that teach Jihad but claim to teach a "defensive Jihad". The schools are known by the International community, so much so that the we have an International Crisis Group working on bringing children and clergy from these Madrases into a more modern form of education, and reform. But as the link states, the government of Pakistan can only "ask" the clergy to com form to the new regulations and registration process and that it is not voluntary..... This has been going on since 2001. 
 
 The Muslim community has let the extremists hi-jack their religion. Very few of the Muslim faith in America have spoke out against the terrorism and chaos these radicals create. I would probably have a very different view and opinion on our Empire State Building being lit up for a Muslim holiday, if they would denounce these radicals, but they have not so I cannot accept or appease. These acts of appeasement slowly wither away our very foundation. America was built on a fight, we have fought for everything we have and have fought for our love of liberty on foreign soil so that others could enjoy these freedoms and I am not about to minimize my beliefs so that others can walk on them. We have come too far as a Americans to appease a people that won't speak out against Jihadists who want to kill us or end our way of life. What their reasons for not speaking out, I don't really care, they haven't done it and thats all I need to know.............. So yeah. Light up the Empire State Building? Sure. Here it is........
