Peace In Fallujah

More good news to report out of Iraq. Fallujah....a name once synonymous with terror and death to the Iraqi people and U.S. troops alike, is now experiencing peace. There is a lingering sense of uncertainty among its people and our troops are not taking anything for granted. But for two months straight there has not been a single death in Fallujah due to the fight. There have been little to no gunshots fired. There is peace in a town that was once a terrorist stronghold. A town once riddled with gunfire and fear....
Take a look at how it used to be....
With the success of the surge and the results brought by it. Our Democratic candidates are giving the results, little to no praise but rather malign an infant Iraqi government new to the works and processes of Democracy. They claim it is taking too long. I understand that the Iraqi's eventually will take the fate of their country into their own hands. I also know that no one realizes that more than the Iraqi government and its people. Sure time is of the essence with the Iraqi government... but time is blatantly more of the essence to those running for President of our country. The Democrat's leadership needs to live up to it's side of the bargain as they claim the Iraqi government does. No matter how vast and enormous our success is in Iraq, it's not enough for a Democratic candidates or a lefty politician....
“Our troops are the best in the world; if you increase their numbers they are going to make a difference,” Mrs. Clinton said in a statement after her aides were asked about her views on the ebbing violence in Baghdad" Is that all you got Hillary??? Call me a skeptic. Call me what you will. That was hardly a praise what so ever for our troops and the job they have done! Basically she is saying " Oh yeah throw more bodies at the problem and whatta ya think??" That's how I read it. Well guess what Hillary?? It's working and how disgusting is it that you Hillary base your campaign for President on our troops failure! You disgust me!
Yes town by town we build peace. This peace is creating an environment in Iraq for productivity and commerce. This peace is building confidence in the Iraqi Police Force. This peace is allowing for children to go back to school. This peace is allowing shops to reopen. Life is getting back to normal in yet another Iraqi town. This one is Fallujah. This peace was brought on by a just war and by the hardwork of our men and women and the Iraqi people. This peace is real. All we are saying Hillary is "Give Peace A Chance".
