The Christmas Spirit Has Got Me!
For some reason, Christmas this year has really got me. Over the past few years Christmas has just seemed to arrive and fly away like a jet fighter landing with all its power and eyecatching glory, refueling, and taking off just as fast as it arrived. This year is different, I don't know why and really the reason does not matter. I do know that it is a great season and I have the Christmas spirit. How often have we as children told our parents..."I wish Christmas could be all year round!" As well it should be. Of course I have children now and the excitement of Christmas is even greater and more meaningful, pile that on top of a grown adult wanting to relive the Christmas' of his past?? There you have a green and red monster...
I hope you are getting that Christmas spirit, this is a time of year when all is well. We can put aside all the world's troubles and just enjoy the celebration of the light of the world. Take the time and draw it all in....and keep it with you.

The "Little Drummer Boy" was always one of my favorites too...well, and still is. By the way..The ABC Family Channel is running "The 25 Days Of Christmas" which has all these great classics....
Ahhh Bing! the voice that epitomizes Christmas..at least in our house...What a great combo of he and Bowie. Who would have thought they would have pulled it off and so well!
